Each axle will be evaluated to determine if repair is available before serves. Axles with any wrinkles or other excessive damage can not be straightened. Please contact us for a quote
Briggs 206 Engine Refresh Starting @ $275.00
With this service, we take your engine and run it through a comprehensive battery of tests and inspections. This will ensure that every part that can be checked is inspected and tested. This service starts with a flat rate fee, and any components requiring replacement will be billed out at retail cost to you. Engines are worked in the order they are received unless special considerations need to be made.
- Initial leakdown Inspection
- Full teardown
- Internal component inspection
- Full cleaning including ultrasonic
- Full cylinder head service
- Inspect, test, and adjust carburetor
- Expert reassembly and final leakdown inspection
- Oil fill with your choice of engine oil (or ask us what we recommend!!!)
- Quick engine run-in on stand to get to temperature and check for any potential issues.

What we need (and don't!)
Remove engine from your mount. We use in-house stands for your engine as we work on it, and do not require your engine mount.
Oil AS RAN during your last session. If you are diligent and change your motor oil regularly after a track session, please save some oil from the last session for evaluation.
All fuel drained from system. Please drain the fuel bowl and fuel lines before supplying us with your engine.
If you wish for us to inspect / service your clutch, please leave it on the engine AS RAN. **See Clutch service under other services offered.
Briggs 206 Dyno Tuning Starting @ $100.00
This is an add-on service, and one that we highly recommend! At LR, none of our team engines get mounted to any kart until they have been fully dyno tested and tuned. This ensures that you are getting the most out of your combination.
Clutch Service Starting @ $25.00
If you would like us to service your clutch for you, we can absolutely do that! If included with your engine, we will remove it and inspect the installation and the components.
All parts required will be billed out at retail cost. We will inspect and measure the components for excessive wear or damage, and will set the clutch to your desired specifications. We can also suggest settings based on your data (if available!)
